Initial Phone Consultation

$30.00 ・ BOOK ONLINE

General phone consultation to discuss and answer any questions you have specific to your situation. Calls are typically 15-30 minutes. This is not a therapy session, and will not include specific strategies for intervention. It is not reimbursable by insurance.

Scope of the call may include:

-Response to any questions you have about speech therapy, your particular circumstances, insurance, possible next steps, and/or anything else on your mind.

-Discussion of your specific areas of concern. You are welcome to send a video prior the conversation.

-How would speech therapy be helpful?

-What does speech therapy "look" like?

-What other resources might be available?

There is absolutely no obligation to book my services following an phone initial consult. If you do choose to engage my services for an evaluation or direct intervention, the fee paid will be applied toward the fee for the first session.

Schedule an Evaluation, Therapeutic Consultation, and/or Direct Intevention

Currently, I have limited openings for clients within my current scope of practice.

If you would like to learn more about my pracitce in genral, my rates and/or availability, or if you would like to book direct services, including an evaluation, therapeutic consultation, or regular recurring sessions, please contact me directly at sclindstrom@yahoo.com or 301-233-3386 (text or voice call).

Please note that I rarely answer my phone during business hours, as I am typically with clients. For the quickest response, please text.

I specialize in the following populations:

-Young children who understand everything, but appear to be delayed in their speech development, often known as “late talkers.”

-Children who have difficulty articulating sounds clearly. These children are talking, but their speech is frequently difficult for others to understand.

-Older children/adults with ongoing difficulty producing sounds such as S, R, and/or TH. Many in this category have tried speech therapy in the past without success.

-Support for public speaking engagements (all ages) including Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.

Intervention can take many forms, including one-time consultations, home and school visits, Telehealth Services, and office visits.

Note: I am a fee for service provider. I will provide you with a superbill at the end of each month, but I do not accept insurance directly. I understand that a fee-for-service model may not be the right fit for everyone. If you prefer to be “in network” for insurance, click here and scroll to the bottom of the page for information of practices that accept insurance.

If you think I might be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out. I’d love to chat with you.
